About Curtis Case

As an award-winning director, Curtis Case has made a habit of succeeding at whatever he makes his focus… no matter the challenges along the way. Now that he’s turned his attention to real estate, clients across the Greater Los Angeles area are benefitting from his detail-oriented, authentic approach.

Born and raised in Atlanta, Curtis took some college courses at Griffin Tech before setting his sights on Los Angeles, moving to the area in 2015. When the pandemic forced the world to grind to a halt, Curtis threw himself into starting his own production company: HOC Productions (an acronym for House of Case). But the pandemic also allowed him the time to pursue his other passion: helping people realize their dreams of homeownership.

Now an officially licensed agent, Curtis is lending his multifaceted talents to families, businesses, and investors across the city with particular attention to Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena, North Hollywood, West Hollywood, Hollywood, Hollywood Hills, Los Feliz, Studio City, and Sherman Oaks. He prides himself on his accessibility, always being attentive to his clients’ diverse needs.

When not reliably elevating clients to their real estate goals, Curtis remains devoted to his production company. Having already won awards for two of his short films, he’s always working at his next independent venture while his work continues to be screened in film festivals worldwide.
